I can think of no place I’d rather be in the summer.   Tahoe’s blue lake and the surrounding sierras make for the perfect lazy afternoon.  We had a chance to head north, bask  in the sun, grill on the deck with the neighbors and polish off a bottle or two of Zin.

This is what summer is all about!

I remember our first trip to Tahoe – the smells, the water, the air – it felt like a magical place.  I immediately knew this would be our home away from home.  And the dogs seemed to think so, too.
